Siamese algae eater

Last Saturday I bought a Siamese algae eater, and when I woke up this morning just found out that he keeps bothering my sen and keep sucking on them... I took him out as soon as possible... Are Siamese good or not good tank mates for bichirs?

hey, we just had this conversation jocke haha. my sen must've been getting bullied by my 2 chinese algae eaters. he ate them both in one night..... problem solved!

Dont they suck the slime coat off of them? I think i read that in a post somewhere.
