Siamese tiger fish

how do you tell apart a siamese tiger fish from the rest of the dats? seen some in the lfs and wondered if they were indo instead?

most of the so called baby "ST" is "IT" nowadays selling in lfs. If for baby ST it would cost so much different then an IT. A baby ST can cost upto $300 or above nowadays.

oh rite my lfs claim that they are st for £40. is that sounding like there not st

I don't think so....it is very rare and difficult to get a baby ST nowadays...chances are ITs instead of STs.

Or go into media lounge, use search, type in ST or widebar, then see the pics. Then type in IT or indo , then see the pics and compare.

That lfs doesn't know jack about tigerfish. Don't believe it's ST (pulcher) . I can tell you now it's an Indonesian tiger of thinbar, even without seeing pictures.

aquajardin near eastleigh, they had 5 in there but i think they are all gone now. some guy come and took all 5 lol must have one big tank!

I'm sorry to say you won't see any small ST for sale in the UK

The smallest I think you will find is 14 inch and it won't be in a LFS it would be from a private collector and expect to pay £500 +
