my acara, SP jenarro herrara or whatever its called lol, has been acting odd the past few days, coudnt see anything wrong with it until this morning. he is unable to move one of his pectoral fins and the base of the fin where it connects to the body is visible red and swollen, and he does not move the fin. there are also two black "dots" on either side of the fin, i tried to get pics but he is keeping his injured side away from me so they all turned out like crap, ive got a qt tank and stuff just not entirelly sure what to do, any help would be great, thanks
