Sick Albino Ancistrus...

Yesterday this guy developed a small red blotch on his face which has now disappeared but as you can see it's spread, i have 7 other pleco's in the tank all of which are showing no similar signs. He's also the only one not trying to hide during the day.

Does anyone know what could be causing this or a possible treatment? His stomach is also swelled.

Also looks like the dorsal fin in the pic is missing a chunk?

I'm not sure about treatment, but I would put it in a hospital tank immediately to ensure what it has doesn't spread to your other fish. Also, it probably would appreciate being alone, if the damage is caused by your other fish. Keep the hospital tank dark, add extra aeration, and provide some places to hide. Maybe a little salt?

I transferred him to my hospital tank, within an hour he was floating on his back

I'm going to visit my LFS this afternoon to get a full water test done.
