Sick arowana

Guys, I got a jardini arowana, about 14 inches long. He's a great fish and I do not want to lose him.

Lately he hasn't been eating much, and I noticed he has like these little white pieces coming out from his skin. A couple are in his fins and one is even coming out of his eye. He seems to be itchy, but I haven't seem him scratch himself as if he has ick. If anyone knows what this is, and what I can do to help/cure him please let me know ASAP. Thank you.

Have a check on your ph as well. It could be that your ph is too low?

Does your jar have any tankmates?

The little marks could be from bites/nips.

Jar is by himself. Looks like he has white worms coming out of his body/fins.

I've used coppersafe from mardel in the past for parasites and it works well. One dosage is good for a month.
