sick arowana?

anyone on here have any idea on what this could be and what can cure it it has a small white patch on its back that could have been caused by an injury and a small white pimple looking thing on its face above its gill so far I did a water change and added salt.

Sounds like what you're doing should clear it up. It probable just jumped and bumped itself.

Add more aquarium salt into the tank will do good

well it looks better today I was worried because it was turning white and looked like it might have some kind of infection but I can see definite signs of improvement
