So recently did a 50% waterchange on my 130g tank and also cleaned up some of the media in the fx5. All bass were stressed the day after just from the temperature drop I assume and now all but one are back to normal.. This one (has always been the smallest) hasn't been very greedy for food and basically just hangs on the bottom sometimes regaining color but mostly being pale and its eyes dark.. My water has been tested and all is well but just unsure what to do for this little guy..

How did you clean the filter media?

How did you clean the filter media?

I clean all my media while doing a water change. Just empty your media in a bucket and rinse it with the water you are taking out of the tank.

OP...,if your bass is still eating and not getting bullied, I wouldn't worry much about it.

Rinsed the media in the aquarium water I had already removed.. Also didn't clean all of it so I can still keep the beneficial bacteria. And yeah it still eats but is not competitive for food at all

Update!!
Everyone is back to normal and the runt is trying to compete for food. Saw my biggest mono flash this morning so unsure if that's something or just being weird.
