Do you have any test kits so you could tell us the pH, ammonia, and/or nitrates in the tank? What size is it, and what temperatures? What's your water change process like? Any recent changes or anything unusual in the tank? With this info (and pictures don't hurt) we can help diagnose what's wrong.
