Sick Cichlid

My deepewater hap has a pop eye and his fins are a little frayed but it has always been like that. Today he was swimming a bit funny but now he seems fine. Does anybody know what this could be?

Please post water perameters. How long has the fish been like this?

I just noticed yesterday but prob has been that way for a few days. I know it's not the water BC I just changed it all the othe fish are fine

Do you have water perameters available to post? Ammonia, Nitrites, Nitrates, Ph and hardness if available.
