I added AmQuel Nitrate remover. It takes care of all that stuff.

Sounds like new tank syndrome.....ammonia and nitrite are present, fish stressed/dying. What is your pH?? Also, I would drop the temp to the low 80's for now while they are going through this...oxygen levels will be a bit higher. I would seriously bump your water changes up to as often as you are able to do them (daily if possible) to take care of this ammonia problem. Add salt into the tank as well, a few tablespoons per 10 gallons should help a lot (especially with the nitrite). Test daily and report back here to let us know how they are doing.

I got the big ones a month ago and the small ones nearly 4 months ago.

I agree. Ammonia and nitrites are the problem, brotha. Immense daily 50% or more WCs. Get some Seachem Stability and does to tank daily to seed bio faster. HTH

As long as this is in the tank "AmQuel Nitrate remover" you have no idea if your tests results are accurate

It's not supposed to affect Nitrate tests but don't know how it affects the other tests results

it also doesn't get rid of Nitrates it binds the molecules. It reduces the level of desolved oxygen.
