A bit more information.
It's one Discus fish. You can see the large black spot under the top Dorsal fin, see photo. The fish is near the surface, not eating and seem to hide from time to time.
I did a 30% water change like I do every 10 days. I ran out of the water test kit. So I can't test it now. I need to run to the store and pick one up.
The tank is 120 gallon, I have Fluval fx6 which I just cleaned a month ago. I just rinsed the filter material and the noodles and cleaned out the canister. I believe the fx6 is 563 GPH. I also have two airstones for air and Gyre Maxspect 150 on the side of the tank on the lower setting for circulation.
The tank is planted, so CO2 and has been setup for 2 years now this month. With the below setup. I have not added any fish in almost a year, that was 15 Black Neon Tetras. It mostly Amazon Swords, Banana and Anubias plans with a moss ball. The tank has about 200lbs of CaribSea Eco Complete Black Planted substrate.
The tank has 8 Discus, 4 Angles, 8 Cory catfish, 6 Otto cats, 3 Neon Tetras, 15 Black Neon Tetras and some assassin snails. The discuss range from 4" - 7" maybe, the angels might be 6" - 7" tall. The rest of the fish are probably are full grown.
Nothing new has been added to the tank since over a year ago when I added the Black Neon Tetras and Mopani wood.
