Two of my discus died today.. Started looking around found a heater broken putting electric current in the water took it out now two others ones have spent the last couple hours just tumbling around the tank breathing a lil heavy and a couple of my bigger guys arent looking to hot... Will they recover from the shock?

Keep the water super clean, lights off and make sure they're eating. That's probably the best chance for recovery
I would try doing a large water change. No telling what the broken heater might have put into the water. Also, try to turn the flow down if you can. If they are bouncing around the tank then the flow is too high for them in their weakened state.
Those where the first two things i did. The two did die also so a loss of 4 total now with one still acting off hiding not moving to much breathing doesnt look bad no real sign of sickness maybe just super stressed he is the biggest of the whole group 5/6 inch.. Im just gone do 2 30% water changes a day for a week or so .. Ive heard salt can help build slime coat on stressed fish but im not sure what type of salt to use aquarium salt? Sea salt?
