Sick discus

One of my discus fish has died completely randomly, so o gave this guy to a friend to look after for a couple of weeks while I set up a bigger tank, now I have put him in the new tank which is 180L and he's been doing this ever since. Does anyone know what's going on?

Did you cycle the tank before putting fish in?
If so, how?
And what are your tanks, and tap water parameters?
Things like pH, ammonia, nitrate, hardness, etc.

+1 in providing data on aquarium conditions and maintenance routine.
The fish shown is not in good shape either.
That color poop, and its consistency strongly suggests internal parasites. If it were my discus, I would be treating with praziquantel. Others may chime in, or differ. Good luck!
