the lil pieces in the net are blood worms which he has picked at but i keep picking out the extras as i have him in a tank w/ a airpump only i left a small guppy in there last night he must of eatten i put another one in...he seems to be picking at the blood worms...
the 2nd picture w/ the head prob gives u the best view it's like lining it's way between his scales i have melapex and stress coat running in the tank and i think he's doing a lil better today then yest...just curious if there's any other recommendations

You only have an airpump no Filter or heater? If there is no heater or filter you need to get him in a tank with those. It could be too cold for him. Also those pics don't give me any look into the problem. If you could take clearer pics with a digital that would help
i have climate controlled rooms...the climate is 78 atm in that room...i took off my other heater off my other tank both are 78 as of 6 hours ago and not fluctuating...so that's not an issue and yea i put him in a with an air pump i used water from my other tank as the base and am doing daily 15% water changes...maybe closer to 20%...not having a filter though isn't a prob because i have meds and am adding a stress coat to the water each time...he's got some sort of fungus all over him...it's supposed to be a platinum endli...i can't put him in a larger tank as planned because he's in very bad shape.
