Sick fahaka

I have a sick fahaka..it have been weeks that he have
Got a cloudy eye.nw its gettong worst the right eyes seems to
Be swollen.water changes have been done everyday but it dosen't seems
To work pls help.o love him alot keep him since he was only 2 inch and he is is 10 inch nw.help me out fellas

Rough Age of Fish:

Tank Size:

Tank Temp:

Nitrate Level:

Nitrite Level:

Ammonia Level:

Water Change Schedules how much / how often:

Feeding Schedules how much / how often:

Also, a picture of the sick fish would help as well...

Yes, also, what size tank do you have this 10" fish in? Should be 120g or larger at this point. What kind of filtration? Cloudy eye is a sign of poor water quality. Please answer ALL our questions!
