SICK FH UPDATE (please help)

My FH has been sick for some time now, but I guess I was posting in wrong parts of the forum, EVEN though some good people helped. A little pinched stomach to

*** Steps I took over last week**

1. Purchased metro tablets, mixed in a little water... soaked his food in the water, and feeding him twice a day, he eats most of it

2. Added a little salt to the water,checked water parameters all is ok

He is still not at his best, when i used to put my finger in front of the tank or something, he would get worked up, play with me...hes completely stopped that, shows no interest, swims slowly...but STILL eats when hes hungry, even tho his appetite is not so good as before...

I have decided to not feed him for 1-2 days, and force him to eat pellets, blood worms soaked with metro... and feed him once a day with this anti biotics...

What do you all say?

Thank you, ill go out and buy some epsom salt now... what i described, does it sound like the disease described in that link? He does not have white poo, just low appetite and less active
