sick fish plz help if u can

my fish is sick im very worryed about twinkle theres a video of twinkle its the small one hes got white one one eye and looks like skin pealing form his scales hes keeping his fins up for the lower ones and the top one down hes a koi fluffy my yellow one is doing fine any ideas what it is the vet said she dosent take care of fish and that its a dumb idea to try to save a fish b/c there cheap

my tank is 100g deep i guess thats how u say it its not long or tall i have a 20pound peace of bog wood only 1 other fish the larger koi u saw some gravel its been for about 6 months down useing two filters a marlin 450 i think and one that came with the tank new media in it about two weeks ago sorry for the miss spellings and such and we are kinda of having a heat wave here in washington the tank was about 80 ysterday and its norm is around 60-70

what are your water parameters , ammonia, nitrate , nitrite etc ???

no idea my test kit is done and the only one the pet store i can get to has a test kit thats 40 bucks and i only have 50 that means i will not have enof for any treat ments

do a big water change, like 80 % and use dechlorinator

add some salt, table salt will do ok for now, like 2 tb per 10gal

yes it is good for injuries, ich etc. make sure and do a water change though before, maybe 25% tonight and 25% tomorrow and warm up your water to about 84 degrees, then add salt
