sick fish

After turning on my fish tank light this morning I noticed one of my tetras eye and tip of his face is white. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what this may be and how to fix it.


p.s. I have 3 tetra because im currently cycling the tank 10g

What are your water parameters? Likely, the damage is due to high ammonia, with is part of the cycling process.
