This morning I found my veija synspilium upside down, but got him turned around and now he just sits on bottom of tank. His colors are washed out and his stomach area is bloated. I have noticed he has been looking pale the last few days. I just did water change and parameters are good. Does anyone have an idea on what I can do?

1 tablespoon per gallon of Epsom salt. Put tank water if it is good in the bucket . Also add an air stone. Stick the fish into the bucket for 15 -30 mins watch the fish carefully for any signs of stress. You can also soak pellets with Epsom salt solution and feed your fish that for 10 days and it should get rid of a parasite. If it was upside down I doubt it could be parasites could be a swim bladder issue. I would still give the Epsom salt bath since that will help with swim bladder or the bloating . Keep on doing this for a few days. I would think about getting some antibacterial meds for that fish and medicating it in a hospital tank. Good luck !
