Even this is a fh, it is still a fish!! Post this in the disease/sickness section. I've seen a few of these incidents before but never kept up to find out what happened after.
Im assuming this thing is constipated and squeezing out her intestine. Sorry I can't help but could only advice you to post it around to fing help for this poor thing. Good luck. She could be hurting bad!!.

its usually a case of hernia in FHs that cause this
and it looks like it is quite advanced

Its called Prolaps... It when you're intestine come out of you're body. Not a good thing. Usually the results are not good either.
The only cure I have heard of, aside from A vet, sugar. Yeah table sugar. The kind you may put on Cheerios or whatever.

Prolapsed rectum. I thought salt was the remedy? Check it out some more though- I've never dealt with this so I've got no first hand experience.
