can anyone please tell me what's wrong with my flowerhorn and how can i treat it? it;s nuchal hump has gone down rapidly and its got a swollen belly, or is it just fat?

i am feeding him wax worms, prawns, crickets and meal worms (no humpy head for the next 2-3 weeks)
What is the PH? I notice an African cichlid next to him. He maybe stressed. Water changes.. and salt and maybe lower ph.. might not be used to that depending on conditions he came from.
Wow, you're feeding her a very high protein diet. You don't need to feed all those crickets/worms. I suggest you stop feeding her those and ONLY feed ONCE a week or ONCE every 2 weeks. Get her on a high quality pellet staple.

He has been pooping ok, the ph is 7.4 and I bought some hikari cichlid gold and when I get better I will clean the tank, 100% or 80%
