i have a 4 " flowerhorn (kamfa) in a 55 it is divided and has about 15 baby red devils on the other side, the fh i have had for appx 1 week it does not eat in front of me and looks a little thin, i noticed tonite that her eyes look to have a spot of slight fog . the tank is appx 83 degrees feeding hikari (white bag ) she is very active if thier is a problem i would like to start treating immediately. advice welcome

Make sure it has some places to hide, put a bit of salt in it, raise the temp a degree, mix up the foods.

Welcome to MFK

Is the other side of the tank where the red devils are, sharing the same water as the FH? Where did you buy the FH? Did you add some red devils after the FHs? If so, were they quarantined?

How does the poo look? Try treating with Prazipro for internal parasites. As for the eye, post your water parameters and test kit used to determine the accuracy of the results. How often and how much water volume is changed?

That's eye fungus, put methelyn blue and add rock salt- 2 teaspoon per gallon then change 50% of water the next day and add methelyn blue and rock salt in ratio to the amount of water that had been change. Do it again and again until the the white cloud are gone. keep your water temperature at 30c.
