Sick Flowerhorn

For around a week or more my Flowerhorn hasn’t been eating I noticed the stringy white poop but no sunken belly I purchased a pack of API general cure and treated him still not eating and haven’t noticed any signs of improvement. I haven’t seen any signs of sickness besides the white poop he’s still moving around but just not eating
