sick freshwater stingray

i have a freshwater stingray and she has stoped eating and now i have noticed that she is getting red under her disk and is breathing fast, i put some melaflix in the water today, what eles can i do HELP

Need more information, or we cannon help.

Tank size?
Established tank?
How long have you had the ray?
Have you tested the water? params?
What kind of ray and size?

Check your water parameters....

Do a big water change. Now.

if the ray is gasping for air, get some powerheads going on the surface ASAP as well as some airstones the tank needs oxygen, now!

the red belly may be caused from ammonia so check your parameters but that is obvious.

I feel like this is going to be another disaster of people not knowing how to properly take care of a ray. I really hope the OP has a proper tank size, and perfect params but I feel like they wont...

Pics? If you have gravel switch it to bare glass or sand as it can scratch the bottom of your ray. Do HUGE water change and check for ammonia!
