My ft has Popeye and I am treating it plz advice if u can ... I need most help on this I noticed this hole in his head not a big hole but I am worried it's hith its a little sirs around the hole this first pic looks worse than it realty is

Maybe he ran into something? That's an awful big hole to just suddenly pop up from HITH. My GT got spooked and smashed into a log awhile back and it looked similar to that.
As far as treatment goes, what are you doing? Start off by upping your water changes and adding epsom salt and maybe increase your temperature to 82-84 degrees.

I have it looks worse than it realy is I am quarantining him today to treat more for his pop eye and I have added salt raised the temp and before I treated the tank I did a 40% water change it makes sence that he ran in to some thing cuz he has pop eye so he wont have the best vision
