Sick jack dempsey

Hi this is my first post but just tonight my friend texted me about his jack dempsey. It is laying on its side with eyes bulging and skin peeling and it just happened when he got back tonight he’s been feeding it mostly Hikari gold but it has had a few feeders can anyone help. It looks on the verge of death.

He has also changed the water when he got back.

Very sorry but I'd be amazed if he pulled round. More than likely a water quality problem. Also feeding feeders wouldn't of helped any.
People my give help with more information. Tank size, how long the systems been running, Filtration system, ammonia nitrite nitrate levels.
Sorry again I know how stressful it is when a fish is sick. We've all been there at some point.

It looks past the point of no return. Ask ur friend to add some clove oil and put it down. If not passed already.
