Sick koi or about to give birth?

This morning one of my koi was laying in the bottom of the pond, lethargic and not moving. I took some pictures and am not sure if she is sick or about to lay eggs. First is her upside down.

Anyone?

Looks like eggs...
maybe she's egg bound?

Yes, but half the eggs are bloody and the tail fin has lots of
blood vessels showing that she didn't 3 days ago.

2 days afterI took those pix, she dropped the egg sac and now 2 weeks later she looks better and swims better. What she had was a ruptured ovary which caused the complete egg sac to come out the way it did. Luckily it fell off on its own.
