Help my L190 20cm is sick and he is not eating and his stool is clear who has a iedee what it could be and what I can do (he has enough wood to eat)

Hè looks ok but the eys are set back in his head and his belly is concave

well they need more than just driftwood, try feeding it veggies or sinking waffers

He eats with the rest of the fish so he also gets a veriaty of diferent sorts of meaty and veggie foods inc.mussel shrimp spinage and i supplement with waffers. I just put the wood thing because that is the first thing most people say i dont think it is the diet

well it kinda sounds like he's malnurished, but I may be wrong

Let's see if an expert can chime in and give their opinion

What are you water parameters and what other fish are in the tank?

This may be a mycobacterium infection, or an intestinal parasite infection. The fact that he isn't eating makes me think it's more likely bacterial than parasitic (though often with mycobacterium fish still have a good appetite). There hasn't been any established effective treatment for mycobacterium, but kanamycin has been used with some success. I would start by treating with metronidazole and praziquantel in case this is a parasitic infection, and then try kanamycin bath treatments.

THE water is fine the no3 is just a bit high but that is normal in my tank the rest of the stock are 3 paragromessis (jaguar freddie and loiselei) oscar vieja jack dempsy and 7 silver dollars in a 500l tank
I wil see what i can do with the medication you discribe. But they aren not sold over the counter wher i cum frome but thax fore the tips
