my pacu killed my oscar and now he looks really sick. he has been swimming with his top fin out of the water like jaws and he is losing all his color really fast. he swims in to stuff. he spazes randomly. please help i dont want him to die even tho he only has another few weeks with me. he is being given away soon.

Can you give it away any earlier? Hopefully to someone experienced? Sounds like its in real trouble atm.

he dided today the water was fine last friday.

Water quality can go downhill overnight, much less over one week. If fish show signs of illness water needs to be tested immediately to rule it out as a cause. High ammonia, nitrites or nitrates can be easily fixed temperarily by water changes and ammonia neutralizers, so if this was the problem there should have been no excuse for allowing it to get out of hand.
If you don't have one get a master test kit so you can quickly check your water quality, this is a life saver and isn't that hard to use. I also keep ammonia neutralizer (Prime) and ammonia detoxifier in case it just gets completely out of hand for some reason.

Just something to think about for the future.
