Sick Orange Head Tapajos.. Help !! What's wrong ??

I need help before i lose all my OH's... Ok i've now lost 4 or 5 fish in the last 2 months and about ready to lose another. I have no idea what's going on.. At first the Fish look fine, then first day of illness they look like HITH is starting to form.. Second day turns into HITH on roids, (huge ugly hole) then a couple days later DEAD !!! What i don't understand is it's ONLY effecting my Orange Heads.. I have Satanoperca Jurupari, red severums, and 2 different kinds of pleco's and nothing is going on with them.. I do 60% WC a week, water tests ok.. Ph 7.2, Ammonia 0, Nitrate 5.0, Nitrite 0, Temp 80.. I've attached a few pics i just took, mind you this fish was perfect 2 days ago.. I'm at a loss, hopefully someone can tell me what's going on..

Pull all (sick or not) the OH's out stat, move them to a smaller quarenteen tank and dose them with oxolinic acid. Kevin may have some he can sell you or may be able to talk the wet spot into parting with some.

I would QT and treat with metro mixed with furan-2/bifuran. What is their diet like?

QT got setup this weekend and i'll be trying to move the sick fish today and treat.. What i've fed since i got them was Sinking Hikari Cichlid Gold, mixed with and equal amount of Sinking Hikari Excel..

I had something similar when I ordered 12 Tapajos about 4 years ago from Aquabid, when I couldnt get any, wnywhere. The picture you have looks different but similar to what they had. My fish looked like they had whitehead pimples to me, usually more than 1 on the fish, but every single tapajos died, while everything else in the tank never showed a sign or symptom. I just concluded they have a very fragile immune system. They were housed with a ray and Dats then.. Sorry I have a story, not an answer.
