Sick Oscar?

i have a tiger oscar that is about 3", young.

about a week or so ago he stopped eating as much and seems to be having a hard time eating. now just saw him throw up all his food after i fed them

any thoughts?

Throw up or spit out? Cichlids can go through picky times, try changing the food up a bit, what are you feeding it and what is the tank size, tank mates and so on?

What are your water parameters? This is very important. How does the poo look? Does the fish look thin?

yea he's thin and not growing.

water is fine, 210gal with 3 firemouths and a severum

Isolate him and use any of the followng you can find: levamisole hydrochloride, fenbendale, flubendazole or praziquantel.
