Sick pacu? Please help

So I just fed my new pacu some frozen blood worms and one of them love it but the other is sitting in the corner in one spot near the top of the tank and has a bunch of air bubbles on it from the filter output and another thing is I noticed this one has teeth that look different than the other this one has razor teeth that. You can clearly see and the others teeth are hardly visible and definitely not sharp

Im not really a characin guy but that kind of looks like a piranha to me. Take that with a grain of salt though

It’s a red belly pacu when young they mimic red belly piranhas and shoal with them for protection from predators

I dunno...it's been a long time since I had a small pacu...but those teeth look unlike those of a pacu to me. Maybe a piranha guy could weigh in here?

And are those bubbles on him? Seem kinda like ich, but hard to say from those pics. Please tell me these fish are in a quarantine tank. The one pictured here looks pretty rough.

Looks like ich and pretty sickly. Slightly sunken in belly. Would dose some seachem paragaurd and try to get it to eat. Check ur water quality.

they were in a quarantine tank for a while but those are are bubbles on him he’s staying by the filter and I have isolated him again since I posted the pictures

The water quality is good I tested it today and I promise it’s not ich but it does look like it

Didn't you just get these today? How do you know it's not ich?

I know it’s not ich because 1. The fish stays by the filter output and mine produces tons of bubbles and they get trapped even on my arowana some times and 2. I’ve seen the bubbles roll of this this pacu which confirmed that it was not ich
