also need to know what to treat with and what this may be

ya but i havnt got a reponce yet and i need to know whats wrong with him to day because hes not moving and i think he goin to die soon if i dont get a treatment going

I wish i could hep you but i've never seen anything with red like that. Judging by the white patch i would say it's a bacterial infection, but i'm no expert.

ok i just checked my water and its all good but the ammonia is at 1 ppm thats high, i cant figure out y its that high its a 20 gallon and its been up and running for about 4 months and it only has 4 fish one parrot fish one small jack dempsey and i think the other is a small convicted but not sure and the 8 to 9 inch pleco

Your tank is way overstocked , plecos are just waste making machines . For the fish you currently have you need at least a 55 prolly bigger . With your stock you will most likely need to do daily w/c to keep your params under control. Good luck hope everything works out for ya

Your water's not 'all good' if ammonia is 1 ppm. What's the nitrites and nitrates? That tank is grossly overstocked, sound like the filtration can't keep up. There's no fix to this problem except a bigger tank. The Plec alone needs a 55 g at this point and even bigger later on if he lives.

well all the fish are going into a 55 i now got my rena working right hahaha the tube rocks in it and i now have 2 marineland 330 and the parrot fish that was having the same problem is doing better ill post more about his recover in a few days maybe a week but my pleco isnt goin to make im hoping he does and if he does i will return him to the petstore where he will be put in a better tank with better and a more astablished filter, but right now i picked him up to put him in a 10 gallon with really good water that came from the 55 that is done cycling thank god and he is in there being treated for fungal and there is no ammonia or nitrite or nitrate so we will have to see what happins next im also using a ammonia lock to help keep the 10 water free of ammonia, my pleco is right next to me now and he is not looking very well i mean when i picked him up out of the 20 to put in the 10 gallon healing tank he didnt even move he stayed straight but he was still breathing, well thank you all for the help but in time we shall tell if he pulls threw
