one of my bichirs, a 2 year old senegal is sick or dying, the nitrate in the tank was the only thing that tested high so i know its that. i pulled him out of the tank right away and put him in my 55. hes laying on the same spot on the bottom now for maybe 3 hours, altho he is breathing much better. anything i can do to help save him?

well no, its kinda just laying there. but it does that alot. it never really ate every day or anything like the baby albino i have, i got it from a friend when it outgrew his tank. in the last week hes eaten like 10 fish so, rly he might not eat again for some time. he eats rosy red goldfish and the occasional earthworm. and sometimes i see him eating flakes when i feed the rosies in his tank. it has moved around now, found a nice little spot in the rocks and hes kinda perched up on it. when i pulled him out of the other tank he wasnt too responsive, almost dead, but he moved pretty fast this morning when i turned the lights on.
