Sick Texas? Can someone tell me what this is?

Recently I have noticed my Texas has these black markings on its lips and under its bottom lip. Sometimes the fish randomly shakes. Can anyone tell me what condition this fish has or is it just damage from lip locking and fighting other fish? Sorry for the bad pictures.

She wants to make babies and might have eggs somewhere. My female green goes white in the front half and black in the back half when she goes into breeding mode. My red gets super vibrant with the same black back half and very defined vertical bands.
