Sick turtle help

Hey guys hope everyone doing fine
My turtle recently has stopped any movement and sleeps (lathargic) or floates lifelessly all day has loss appetite and los t weight
Poop seems little white at end and some crystalline stuff
Pls help I have already lost one not wanna lose him

Sorry to hear that. I would take it to a animal clinic that treats reptiles.
