One of my females has had her tube down for a cpl days now. She had moved her pot n gravel so I thought it was usual, until this morning. I believe she has bulging anus, her tube is still down, but now it looks like a pea sized chunk of meat is also hanging out. Water changes are done weekly, at a min. Did a 30-40% change this morning before I had to leave. Her colors have come back a little, but what is the best way to cure this? Meds or just WC and salt?

Raise your temperature slowly, Add salt 1 table spoons per gallon. Try not to feed too much and keep a good eye on her
Do not feed the fish(if it is still eating) and add Epsom salt, not aquarium salt, not exactly sure of how much, but Google it, I've heard it wooks really well.
