Hard to tell from the picture. First question is, are there any other plecos, or cats in the tank? If not, it appears to be a fungal, I would qt and treat with methylene blue.
 
Hard to tell in pics, but is it raised, like a fungus? It may be a scrape, which would heal. What are the tankmates and what tank decor do you have?
 
Just some p-bass at the moment. I have seen hime go up to the top and hit his head on the glass tops before so it could maybe be a sore. The only decor in the tank now is just some plants and a piece of slate rock.
 
Might be a bacterial or fungal infection then. Check your water params, particularly nitrate and ammonia. Be careful dosing meth blue, its good, but also destroys your good bacteria in filter etc, so use sparingly and in quarentine so not to affect your other fish.
