I have 3 Ch. Plueros in an 8ft x 3ft x 2.5ft tank. since i got them, they have been living peacefully with each other, always swimming in a group. today, when i woke up, i saw that 2 of the Ch. Pueros fighting the smallest of the 3 and are kind of like dancing around each other with 1 opening its mouth and flaring its gills. the 2 of them are now 6 to 7 inches now, are they ready to mate at this size? do i have to separate the 1 that is left out? hope to hear your suggestions..
