we ran into a snafoo w/ our new sump tonight.. and the only thing we have to fix the leak is silicone so we used it.. now I'm wondering how long until its "set" to use? I know when we used it to build our other sump and used it to secure actual walls ect we went with the full cure time.. but we used it to essentially cement a gasket to the return flow, and it's purely for leak control. and we can't turn the filter back on until its cured

so I need it back in action asap.. so can I start it up in an hour or two? or should I pull the pump and just let it go over-night keeping the water circulated w/ a pre-sponge?
btw we used it to "glue" a threaded gasket to a rubbermaid. darn thing was leaking around the outter gasket rim.
