im building a rubbermaid bio filter would ge II window n door be fine?will it stick to the rubbermaid tubs or if u guys have any other suggestions id appreciate thanks

from what i know the GE II has bio seal in it this can leach into the water and kill off your beneficial bacteria

Silicone does not adhere to plastics well... there are other adhesives that will better wuit your tub...
But what are you gluing in place with it?
If it is plastic to plstic... or plastic to plexiglas... the PVC cement or a similar type product will work best. As opposed to "gluing" two things together these types of products "melt" the plastics then allow them to "dry' as one piece... often explained as "welding"...
