Ya I got him from Mikes last Feburary, I'm just trying to figure out why he would cruzin the tank with a plant in his mouth.

No she is considerably smaller and way too expensive to risk loosing. I hope to eventually house all three together in my 350g tank(when it get running). I don't think I'll try mixing them until the black is 18-20".

The plants are live, I think she may have had a firemouth or convict with a side salad.

She spit the plant out after a few minutes. While the plant was in her mouth, she was swimming rapidly as if she had just ate something. I had put 20-25 FM and con fry in the tank yesterday for my Tire track eel to eat.

How big is s/he now?> by then the silvers will probably be like 30"

I'm thinking in a year she will be 18" and the silvers will both be around 25-26". Seems silvers growth slows at 24".
