Silver/american dat questions

Can anyone give me some basic care info for silver/american dats (Datnioides Polota)? I have been looking and only finding care sheets for all the other dats but not silver/american dats (D. Polota). Just the basic info is all I need. Tank size, does the silver dat prefer brackish or fresh, keep in groups or individual fish, temp and ph range, best food? Thanks for any help in advance!

Their care is pretty much the same as that of the other dat species...with the possible exception of brackish water.Datnioides polota are said to be found brackish water but to my knowledge it is not known which type of water they are collected and taken from.There are some who say AT should be kept in brackish but most people do not.

Also,AT are usually pretty cheap compared to the other species.
