so im guessing that keeping a silver and black together could lead to problems. thinking bout getting a black in a while but am worried bout my silver going agro on him. i think im gonna try and ill sell the silver if it doesnt work, or set up another tank.

Ya this is one of those sitsuations you won't know the answer to, until you try it out. If ya give it a try, make sure you have another tank so you can seperate if needed. This combo did not work for me, but yet the 2 silvers did. Good luck

I had problems everyday for about 2 weeks.. I adopted a Silover that jumped from my bro's tank... I added him to my 250 g..

The Silver was 22" and my Black was about 14" And inside of two weeks my Black had all but killed the Silver..

So I got an idea as I seen no aggression while the lights were on.. And the Silver is healed all but on ray bone on the bottom..

I can also turn the lights off now :) I left them on for about 2 weeks I think before I tried turnign them off :)

It was scary for a while.. But made pretty much a full recovery.

If you need a tank to keep the silver if he gets too aggressive, I've got a spare that he can stay in. :D
