Do people keep silver and black aros in the same tank together? I currently have a 14" silver in a 90 gallon tank (48x18x24). Im going to keep him in there for about a year and a half, maybe two, until I get a bigger tank, probably somewhere in the 4-500 gallon range, plus sump, depending on some things. Anyone think I could get another black and put it in the 90? Probably should wait until I get the bigger tank, huh? Just lookin for some feedback.

I doubt they will get along well together at that size in that tank, esp for that long. One will be too large for that tank, IMO, in a couple months

In my 210 I have 3-14in. Silvers and 3-12in. Blacks Pics are in the photo lounge. They look great and so far are working together.

i dont think the tank you have now will be big enought for 1.5yrs

I think you should get a bigger tank asap you don't have a year or two your black aros growth will slow in the late teens butt in two years he will be in the early twenties you will stunt your aro,get the big tank up and running then think about the mix. I have seen 3 blacks 2 silvers work in a 350g you need massive filtration the mix works lets get the cart then the horse.
