zail.. hi.. what size fish are you tryin to combine.. i've had the same combo and there were no issues.. my aro was around 16" and the BGK was around 6".. i'm sure you have read enough on both species.. but.. the BGK needs a place to hide in the morning.. flower pots or a pvc pipe with like 4" dia would do good.. and you might(will) have to switch off tank lights as they are nocturnal.. and its better to feed them at night.. cheers.. all the best..
