Hmmm........not something I want to experence lolI'd be carefull of anything wild caught that you wish to use as a food.
things in the wild tend to carry desease and parisites. I would quarentine that frog for a little while before tossing him into your tank. and make sure its a frog not a toad as stated toads are toxic and will kill your pet.
This ditch by my parents house used to have tons of frogs and crickets. but there was some sort of worm that they would eat. I found this out one daywhen I caught a cricket and put it in the sink with hot water. out of a 1 1/2" cricket two or three 8" worms came out its ass. almost every one I caught after that I did this to. most had the same result.
dude you fed your arrow birds are they alive ?I fed my aro small birds, mice, lizards, frogs, tadpoles, and just about everything else you can think of. Most frogs should be fine, just make sure they arent toads.
wont the beaks and the claw injure the aro?
Unless I can be absolutly certian that there are no pesticides and rude crap like that I would stick to farm raised foods for pets.Is it healthy to feed your aro frogs that are wilds caught.
