Silver aro jumped! help please~!

Ok so i woke up for school...and since i got new baby pbass growouts last night i walked to the basement and turned on all the lights...immediatly i knew something was wrong...my 18in silver aro was on the ground...i picked him up through him directly in the tank...no sign of movement...i move him back and forth for 10 minutes and finally hes breathing and kicking around...I added some salt to the tank. Im still moving him back and forth in the tank to get water flowing through his gills....He swims around when i let go of him put is very clumsy...Anything else i can do for this guy? or should i just go to school and hope for the best

The only other thing I can think of is raise the temperature a degree or two, cross your fingers and go to school.
Hopefully someone more knowlegable will chime in, good luck.

Came home from school and hes dead=/...When i left he had very little live left...wass swimming but ran into everything..This sucks
