Silver aro Question?????

Hi guys I picked up my male and female 24 + silver Aro's! the got stressed on the way home and got eye fungus but that has sinse cleared up! now there barbles have a little fumgus! i have medicated the tank and was just wondering will they heal or will they grow back?

If he loses them they won't grow back ( I'm pretty sure)

If they break off, they will grow back. It will take a few months but they do grow back. Do you have a picture of the fungus on their eyes and barbels??

Not yet have to borrow my dads camera! the eyes have cleared up a few days ago! and look clear and they have start to eat ! its just there barbels that have just a little fungus!

They will grow back if they break off.

The fungus should heal fine if its not too bad like you stated.

i used myoclear on mine. had fungus but cleared up fast

Don't add meds! they cause more problems than its worth. Just add salt and raise the temp to around 82F it'll clear up
