Silver Aro Tank Mates

I've got a 24" Silver Aro and was thinking about some cichlid tank mates (green terror, texas cichlid, jaguar). Think that would be an issue for the aro? Anyone else have that type of setup?
 
would be good as long as the other fishes can't fit in the arow's mouth. IMO
 
Likely the aro will not have problems with those cichlids, however the cichlids may have problems with one another. How big of a tank? As said above the cichlids will have to be big enough that the aro won't chow on them, about 6" would likely be fine.

Ive got my 24" silver mixed with 5 peacock bass, they go well together and is an awesome sight to watch..
 
Bderick, you have a sweet set up. That is similar to what I'm trying for. Thanks for all of the feedback. Tank is 300 gallons.
